The room was not ready (the bed was dusty and not changed anew) when I arrived to check in The room is not soundproof. No smoke alarm around the corridors for banning smoking habit of some customers

The toilet bowl is super dirty and the so-called deluxe queen it's just a small window room without any view. Remote tv control is not usable, you have to manually change the tv channel by pressing the button above the tv.

Very clean didn't expected the room really nice the reception Malay girl was very friendly( forgot her name short hair cut girl) help us using the kiosks for the 1stime self checked in Get the front room nearby with the reception counter can hear a noisy during others checked out.

Value for money. Booked to sleep for few hours a conference. The basic facilities are fine. The self check in booth is great. Only problem I found is the smell of cigarettes everywhere. The smell of cigarettes

If the hotel would let me change the date refund on the mistaken date book, it would be best hotel. Clean and affordable with rm60 a day is something which you can’t find elsewhere.

Quiet room at the end of the hallway Reservation on Booking.com was laggy and it resulted in twice the fees deducted for a single booking. Hotel couldn't fix this, had to wait for Booking.com to automatically reverse it after 24 hours. No room cleaning, shower head kept falling off the holder. Need RM50 cash as deposit. Had to wait for 30 mins for the booking to be updated in the hotel's system before can check in. Room was very small for 2 pax with luggage. Only 2 hangers in the room and a hook in the bathroom

Value for money for a night stay. It would have been a good rated hotel if not because of the toxic odour from the newly painted wooden door. The toxic odour from the newly painted wooden door caused us to cough badly and headache. Requested to change to another room but was told all rooms were all the same. No air purifier and proper ventilation were perhaps the main root cause. Forced to checkout midnight for health concerns.
