Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites

The staff advised the pool was not heated after checking in and complaining about ice cold temps. The ceiling in our room has heavy water damage and appeared to be flaking off. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times a day. Breakfast was ok but the tiny room was so small that it was hard to walk around without bumping into people eating. Would not recommend we have stayed in the area multiple times and will not stay here ever again.

Breakfast was good and since I was only staying overnight - accommodations were okay as well.

My second stay here. Very clean. Great staff. And Breakfast. Very friendly will stay again when in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness: Rooms and Corridors were very clean, even the pantry/kitchen countertops, but the breakfast area floors were sticky at some places, probably due to custome

Somewhat decent mattress, sinks that drain, hear that works, clean pool, eatable breakfast

The duvet/comforter was dirty, asked for a replacement, he did know what it was and gave us another blanket which had small holes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. My comment about the breakfast area is that it was very small and cramped, the 4 chairs to each table, chairs we too big for the tables. Very disappointed as I we had 4 rooms reserved, one of our guess were put in room 110, which is between the outside door, the inside door, stairway and the only room on that whole side with the storage room, laundry room. 3 rooms , 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night. Extremely disappointed

Staff and location were great. My son loved having two beds and being able to sleep in a hotel room. Breakfast could have been better, but not holding that against the location at all.

Since I was exhausted from a 1,000-mile drive straight through the night, I waited out in my car in their parking lot and tried to sleep a little bit. Between 9:30 and 3:00 pm, I sat in my car with no callback despite the parking lot being almost entirely empty. I had a hard time believing there was no available room for me to check in early, which was a real negative for me. Other than that, once I did finally check in. I just went straight to bed because I had been awake for over 24 hours. I didn't take in any of the amenities and just showered and went straight to bed. I slept great, though I probably would have slept well horizontally anywhere. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast came with hot eggs, sausage, and other continental-type things. No complaints, I was grateful for a warm meal.

Pretty sure human trafficking is occurring at this hotel. I raised concern with the hotel staff when I saw a woman with two black eyes sitting on the curb outside of the hotel doors. They then stated that she was a traveling nurse which I do not believe at all and that she’s gone now. And I asked if I was safe and they said I was. This hotel is not a 4.4 star like stated on your website. I’m not sure who’s giving these ratings and if they’re false, but personally, I would never come to this hotel with small children. It is not safe.
