Decent hotel but just a little worn out. Check in person was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was ok. Not dirty but just kind of worn out. Had a terrible musty odor. Breakfast was bare bones. You could make do but not great. Overall a decent hotel but nothing really stood out.

The room was comfortable. We were there when a traveling team was there so the pool area was to crowded. The staff were excellent and the complimentary breakfast was very good and fresh.

Close to family and conveniently located. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly.

Ezra and Michael were amazing. Can’t tell you enough how amazing the customer service was. This has been our go to hotel when staying Joliet and will continue to be so

The breakfast was pretty plain. No beverage machines, no juice, no milk. No wash clothes in bathroom

Upon check in at midnight, was given the room key to a third-floor room. Elevator was not working, had to walk to the end of the hallway to climb two flights of stairs to then walk back to center of hallway, as our room was near the elevator. My husband wears a knee brace as he is scheduled for surgery next month for a knee replacement. He was in pain duing the walk to the room.

Location Elevator didn’t work. Breakfast was not good. Cold coffee. Cold sausage gravy. Not many options.

Broken elevator. Vending machines and ice machines not working. Refrigerator in my room was not working. Wifi was spotty at best!

Over all the hotel was great. I would stay there again if I was traveling through the town.
