The rain can into my room, and drip all night unto the floor where my luggage was at. When I told the staff he gave me on towel and said he will contact management. Nothing was done.

The place wasn’t very clean. It definitely needs upgrades and the WiFi was terrible and didn’t connect with the TVs so no Netflix or streaming I’d any movie channels. Unruly guests are well

Rundown and

The room wasn’t clean.. I checked in late and were too tired to complain but had called a few hours before. The chair and floor had popcorn leftovers, bed had hairs. The breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was bare bones. No juice and if you come in the last half hour they either run out or just don’t replace the food. Waffles taste very good.

Bed was not comfortable even sheets and pillows not comfortable or clean !!! I bought my own king pillows from Walmart and when I checked out the front desk said is this ours ? They don’t even has a king size pillow 😒

You have to go to front desk for towels they will not restock towels daily. We also had to request a blanket for the bed. Only sheets where on bed. For the price I would not book this hotel again..

The Hot tub and pool were very clean as well as the rooms

Check in was a breeze with friendly front desk staff. The common areas and room were clean. Breakfast was adequate, bacon, eggs, yogurt and such. Only stayed one night passing thru so didn't check out the pool, exercise room or much other than the bed. The hotel was easy to go get to from the interstate.
