There was hardly any toiletries in the bathrooms.

Solo female traveler. Front lot very well lit. Had to park in back. It was pretty much pitch dark black. Only.one lighting pole,at edge of lot worked . Very unsafe.

There were two days when I was trying to sleep in the afternoon when the staff or someone was right outside my door, talking loud loudly. The last day, the employee down in the breakfast area was staring at me as I was getting my food and I became uncomfortable with this. Outside of that, the sty was good

Beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be replaced. Very soft.

Great hotel. Just for breakfast, food is not enough. The chairs need to buy new ones.

The staff was great

Great location and good food and nice staff. They even had fresh baked cookies!

Room was clean, staff was great including the desk and breakfast attendant. Location was good and the bed was very comfortable!

We tried it again, with the same result and the front desk clerk came up and tried it, but it still couldn't be locked. They sent Maintenance up who were unable to fix it and said they would have to come back the next day. The Front Desk Clerk informed us that they did not have any other rooms for us to move to (even though we were there 15 minutes after check-in) and would not be able to reduce our rate despite not being able to lock the door! She told us that the Manager had authorized us to get 10,000 Reward Points instead, but this has not happened almost a month after our stay. While we were OK to stay there when we could lock the door from inside, we could not go out to dinner nor could we both load / unload our car together. The combination of a Hotel Room that could not be locked, them knowing it in advance and doing nothing, and their unwillingness to do anything to make up for the inconvenience made this a TERRIBLE Hotel Stay. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Clean rooms, helpful stff

Bed was comfortable, slept well, was quiet enough. There was a musty smell in the hotel, the pool was old and a little dirty. The chlorine smell burned my eyes and we had to get out, it was also extremely cold. The room and hotel are very dated and in need of repair and a good cleaning. The staff member manning the breakfast area hovered and was constantly too close for comfort.

The person serving breakfast should not stare at those taking food, jumping in front of the patrons immediately if a lid is not closed or a utensil is placed in the wrong place. It is disconcerting to have people hovering over you at breakfast.

Overall was good , I just didn’t like the smell of humidity in the first floor (were I stayed smell really strong like mold and humidity mix with cleaning products, really hard to sleep with that odor .

Breakfast was so-so. There was a roomy parking lot.
