They cancel my room even after I confirmed two times that I would be coming The day before I had a late check in not much fun trying to find a place to sleep at 10 PM at night Yes this could happen to you think about that I do not recommend this place because of their Bad attitude of the front desk didn’t even say sorry

Location is okay little far from downtown but good for who search for relaxation Okay

Single pane windows let through ALL noises from the street that is busy with lots of traffic and big contruction trucks even at night. I was on top floor (7th), but it didn't help with the noise. The shape of small balcony seems help amplify the noise. The matress was old and very hard, but it is no different from other hotels in similar class.

Location is excellent opposite the Rompho pop-up market. Breakfast especially is authentic Thai; the dinner a little heavily strewed towards dried and grilled chicken, but several genuine Thai stalls. Opposite the market you head straight into Soi 7 to beach road, which may be the liveliest Soi in jomtien. Location is superb. A little dated. The aircon leaked water upon the bed at night and wasn’t really powerful enough when the sun was shining on the main windows. There WAS, however, a large fan that helped the situation. Annoyingly no outlets on the bathroom.

The main potential downside is that it is on a main road next to a bar area. Couldn't hear the bars from my room, but could imagine you might in other rooms. Traffic noise didn't bother me, but might if you're sensitive to it.

I HAVE BOOKED A ROOM TWO DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL ONLINE. THE BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED AND I HAD NO INTERNET ACCESS BEFORE ARRIVAL. ONCE ARRIVED THE TOLD ME THAT MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BY THEMSELVES AND THIS DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY 100 PERCENT CONFIRMED MY BOOKING 2 DAYS BEFORE. I THEREFORE FIND MYSELF WITH ALL THE BAGS IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING WITH NO ROOM AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH CONFIRMED 2 DAYS AHEAD.

It was a very large room and clean with a 7/11 underneath the building and next door to Rompho Market with food stalls and bars, this is the second time I have stayed there and will stay again when I visit Jomtien. Also the staff were very friendly. There was nothing to dislike.

It was located near shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was very old and damaged.

No amenities in the bathroom except for toilet roll, no telephone and also was not as described as studio cos studio aoartments have a working kitchen which was not there
