Is a very bad experience the lift is not working The shower water is blocked The airconditioner is not working Be careful with your deposit receipt as they can cheat and say have not given luckly we had taken the picture of receipt when check out we showed them and they were upset and had to return the money not worth staying

Location Breakfast stated 150 online pay at property, went for breakfast employee in restaurant said 400 baht, went to front desk told 250 and when I showed them my email confirmation they said yes ok 150 and staff took me to restaurant to speak to staff there the same person said NO must be booked online to pay 150 so must pay 200. So many different prices and no where to pay online after room booked, very frustrating and annoying and no satisfaction. Front counter employees tried to help but restaurant employee very angry!!

Changed from 1 year back, now no pool bar, no pool towels, only 1 room key unless paid for a second? Definitely a backward step

When we got there the bed smelled bad. They didn't change the Blanket cover for our whole stay (5 days). There is no Water in 2 Separate days for 1 to 2 hrs. Bathroom shower is too small and not really clean, looks very old.

Location is awesome...just a block away from the beach. Internet in the room sucks! If you plan to work from the hotel, the best option is to be out in the lobby or in the breakfast area.

It's a huge hotel compound with 2 good size swimming pools. Welcoming staffs & good security. A line of bars & restaurants the moment you walk out of the hotel compound but you wouldn't hear any loud music while staying there I was given a groundfloor room although my request was for a higher floor. When it rained, I had a few millipedes coming in from my toilet thus the ground floor location which I asked for a high floor. 3 nights there! Plus was given a room near the main walk way, so loud guests or trolleys can be annoying in the early mornings Hotel is a little runned down not as what you see on Booking.com maybe an update would be good

The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, as the food was delicious and the ambiance nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was pleasant, and had a nice layout. Air conditioning worked, wifi worked, and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was not cleaned very well. The floor made my white socks brown, and I’m not exaggerating. The bathroom was ok but the shower was a little small. The gym was poor as most hotel gyms are.

Location was good ... very near the beach, car parking was plentiful enough and safe. Room was comfortable and wifi was ok. Hotel breakfast was ok. The pool was very good. Price was good for the quality of the hotel. The hotel was sometimes difficult to get to by car. Construction on the beach road caused problems and you have to drive up a small lane lined with bars to get to the hotel. Was unable to check-in one hour early and was forced to wait.

The staff only Everything, the building was too old, it was graded in booking.com as five star hotel, but actually it should not be more than three stars.
