Very nice hotel. Very clean, such nice and helpful staff. And let me tell you, I always go for a hot breakfast, and it didn't disappoint!! Sausage biscuits, bacon and eggs. The oatmeal and the selection of toppings for it was awesome!! Definitely will be a guest again!!

To the Fairfield Staff on Joplin. On Friday Night, June 26th, my wife fell at a Webb City Trstaurant. We transported her to Mercy Hospital. She sustained Broken Hip. She had Rmergency Hip Replacement Surgery on Saturday. She remained in the Hospital until Tuesday the 30th. I drove her home to Kansas City. She is in a Rehab Center. She is recovering. I cannot say enough about the Staff of the Fairfield in Joplin. I will forever treasure their Kindness and care in our difficult moment. Thank you

The breakfast should have been better considering how much it costs for 1 night.

The bed was to hard, made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The breakfast should have been better considering how much it costs for 1 night.

Nothing unique but everything was in good order, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good.

We stayed one night after a LONG DAYS travel and it was exceptional - room well appointed, (almost appeared to be new) clean and very comfortable. Host in the dining area took exceptional care of the buffet, cleaning of tables & counter areas, he needs to be KEPT! Location could not have been better! BED was AMAZING!

The air conditioning is run from the wall across the room from the air conditioner, just like at home. well done and cool Cannot say enough about the staff: helpful, kind, friendly. everything was well run and smooth.

The staff was great!

I made the booking by mistake because of a glitch in the hotels app. I reached out to the hotel multiple times asking if there were any way I could be refunded since it was a mistake and since I did not stay. I never received a response.

Very Good, everything was fresh and delicious Our room definitely was in need of an upgrade. We had curtains missing and the refrigerator was quite noisy. No USB outlets for charging electronics.
