Everything was perfect. The room was clean and stocked with everything needed. The pool was nice and clean and amazing. Very peaceful. Breakfast was great!

Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was like all of the other choice hotels, just waffles, cereal, and dry products. We went to a resturant to eat . No elevators. Ice machine didn't work.

The bathroom was well equipped for a handicapped room. What l didn't like was the lack of a solid door. Two guests had a screaming fit in the hallway just outside my door.

It stunk like someone was dead in a room. Another hallway smelled like a sewer. After checking in, I wanted to just leave but there was no refunds. Breakfast was just cold cereal but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have ate since the smell was nauseating.

Easy access from my route The night desk clerk was pleasant and welcoming. The security seemed lacking. Breakfast was lacking. Morning desk clerk was wearing sweatpants a tee shirt and house slippers. It looked like she just woke up.

Great service! Special thanks to the housekeeping and maintenance staff for being so kind and helpful. Overpriced at $200+ a night for zero attention to basic needs. The phone didn't work, breakfast was terrible, and the shower went from scalding hot on night one to ice cold on night two. Management couldn't care less about fixing it properly.
