Greenstay Hotel Joplin Missouri

Room was very clean ,and fairly updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I ordered a suite he put me in a different room completely. I am not more than 60 mins away and he made a comment about that as well. I was looking for a nice little break and then got put in a smaller room and not the one I paid for.

Clean rooms friendly staff and quiet area for a restful night sleep good breakfast for being a small location 10/10

It was a nice hotel for a one night stay the beds were comfortable but the rooms and property I’d use some updates in my opinion all in all a nice stay for a night in town

The first room we were in was a smoking room and besides 50 years of smoke sitting on the walls, the tub was nasty, the floors were separating and the beds looked gross. We did get moved into a non smoking it wasn’t terrible still everything smelled like smoke. There was some junkies outside the place so we didn’t go out except to leave. I wouldn’t rebook this place.

Cleanliness No map of Joplin and the light bulb was out on the Desk lamp.

I asked to my room cleaned 4 times and also put the door hanger on my door for several days and no one cleaned the room once.
