Everything went very smooth from check-in to check out. All of the amenities were explained clearly and open whenever we needed them. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

My first stay here and it was great! The suite was nice and big. Will stay here again.

The location was great and I appreciate the staff being very friendly The shower in my room had not been well maintained, and there was gunk all around the edges of the shower. I thought the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible. They smashed completely flat

Clean rooms! Very slow check-in at 4pm, room not ready. Lost reservation extension. Breakfast is bland, not enough waffle stations for size of hotel. Coffee was good, Milk was expired and yogurt empty both mornings. Pool was clean but it was very hot in there kids had to leave after 20 minutes. For the price we will stay elsewhere next time in Joplin.

Way over priced. Hotels should not cost this crazy prices.

Our room was absolutely fantastic. The only complaint we have is that both days the breakfast was barely warm and was nowhere close to hot. The warming unit that is used is not effective in keeping the food hot. It is all very modern and looks really nice but the food not being hot was a big disappointment.

Staff was so rude and unhelpful that I walked out and went elsewhere

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless. My only minor complaint was some outside noise, but otherwise, everything was perfect.
