I would stay here again. The staff were kind and helpful. The full kitchen and laundry in the room was very convenient. The location of the hotel is also convenient while also providing another perspective of juneau. I was able to walk everywhere and even to the two tralheads I visited, one in juneau and the other on Douglas Island. The hotel itself is a bit older and a little worn but that provides it some character and also seems a bit fitting for Alaska. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again.

Privately owned. Love supporting small business. Would stay here again. Quite room.

I recognize there aren’t many options but for the price the hotel was not worth it. Anywhere else it would have been an $80-100 room at the most … but $350 a night …. Was a rip off.

Convenient location. Could walk to downtown. Roomy. The kitchen and in room laundry are also reasons we will be back.

Older property but very clean and spacious rooms. airport shuttle available . Can easily walk to town.

They gave us a ride to our cruise as well as picked us up from the airport. Very nice people. Would’ve been nice to have a continental breakfast to make things more convenient, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. Super convenient location, close to the big whale monument, which was really neat.

Though you may want to bring a sleep mask to since the windows are using blinds not curtains

Good location. Great to have kitchenette. Easy parking

The hotel is next to the intersection of the bridge to Douglas and the Eagan Highway, both very busy. My room was at the point closest to that intersection. Much loud road noise there, morning and night. There is NO food source nearby. The hotel does not offer a complimentary morning breakfast (bagels, rolls, etc.). Two vending machines offer junk snacks or varieties of Coke. The coffee service is in a couple of thermoses with creamer and limited sweeteners. I had to either walk a long distance to get near the downtown area where there are restaurants or UBER to a restaurant to have breakfast or dinner: $25 UBER ride there and $25 UBER back plus cost of the meal, also in the mid $20s minimum. Taxi service in Juneau is limited and sometimes not available. The hotel is clean and has some potential if there were more amenities nearby.

The main benefit with staying here is the free airport shuttle to Juneau airport which can cost around $30 by Uber. I stayed in a suite with a kitchen and included a washer and dryer. The queen bed was plain but comfy. There only other amenities are the tiny gym, bag storage, and morning coffee. No continental BF. It takes about 12-15 min to walk to downtown Juneua and the cruise docks.

Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.

The property itself is adequate, but the only thing I really want from a hotel is a good nights sleep, and we slept terribly. Firstly the pillows are awful, very large and thick and hard, impossible to sleep on. Secondly there is no a/c so we had the windows open and the fan on, and the fan makes a loud clicking noise all night long. If you bring your own pillows and earplugs you might be able to get some rest.

Check whether the coffee machine has all its parts and if it actually works

This is the only hotel with a full kitchen and washer dryer. We really appreciated the dryer after coming in out of the rain. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but it was very convenient to have some breakfast foods in the room and great to have some snacks and a cold drink waiting for us at the end of the day, which we enjoyed by the whale sculpture. There's a grocery store & a Domino's Pizza just a couple blocks away. Downtown was about a 25 minute walk, but very doable. Staff was very friendly, and we used their complimentary shuttle to get us to & from the airport and ferry building. I'd stay there again.

I loved the apartment aspect of our Room 1426. It’s a 3rd floor. corner room next to the stairs, a good distance from the elevator, but convenient to the exit. Dining is about a 1/2 mile walk away, but a pretty stroll along the boardwalk. The room amenities looked brand new. Jeremy was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet considering its location. The shuttle was great to/from airport.

Very clean room and within walking distance to downtown and grocery store. Having a washer/dryer is a bonus!
