To pay spa, last year all was included on the price

The couch/sofa bed cover looked dirty and burnt with cigarettes. The shower glass is dangerously detached from the bottom and the shower head doesn’t sit up high to be able to shower you have to keep holding it.

The rooms were comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Location was OK. Staff was nice. I booked on line from Tx USA 3 months before our trip I pd one price & I made some changes within that 3 months nevertheless y’all charged me way more that what you should have!! The pool area was dirty. They were standing water. We did not even swim. It was disgusting. We ate at the restaurant quite a few times it was just OK food and overpriced.

Honestly, the SPA deal is a scam. Apparently, starting 5th of may 2025, the hotel guests pay an extra 20 euro each if they want to access the spa, not included in the hotel cost (already quite pricey). In reality, hotel guests still have access to the indoor and outdoor pool, and the 20 euro on top give you access solely to a little hamam and sauna spot, which is quite ridiculous. At the reception they don't clarify the difference, and they make you think that accessing the pool with spa access grant you additional "water experience" which were really minimal and kids level. That said, I also had to buy a Speedo to comply to the policies, only to find other people from the hotel with a regular bathing suit enjoying the indoor pool during "spa" hours.

This hotel was a fabulous find. Situated a short walk from Juvignac centre & offering a sense of tranquility. It is not difficult to get into Montpellier centre via metro from Juvignac. Our room overlooked the golf course & we had a lovely open view of the countryside from our balcony. Our king-size bed had a super comfy memory foam mattress. The restaurant is nicely decorated with lots of natural light & space between tables. The breakfast is varied, offering continental & hot bacon, sausage & scrabbled & boiled egg. There is an excellent large swimming pool within the spa area. We will go back to Zenitude Hotel la Valadiere, Ascend Hotel. Nothing

It was nice but some of the hotels policies make it not as enjoyable experience as others, for example no water bottles provided in the room and mini bar was empty. Also the room isn't remade during the stay. We used the SPA facilities but men are not allowed to wear standard swim shorts so you have to purchase some 1980s swim shorts which you can consider disposable, they are awful. Apart from the above which really just relates to inconvenience it is a wonderful place and we would return but hopefully the above can be looked into.

It was very nice.the staff are really Polite and helpful.The Restaurant is gorgeous. The Food was amazing. The breakfast Starts relatively Late,at 8. if it could be earlier -would be nice

Stay was good, but we were rudely woken up at 8am by the housekeeping team at 8am on a Sunday morning cleaning the suite
