The coffee room near the reception actually opens earlier, before 7:00. The toilet bowl seriously need to be replaced, it needs flushing at least 3 times to completely wash the waste. The bed is not really soft, makes it feels cold.

It is a good location, very close to the train station and, the convenience store right next to it. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and late-night Udon noodles! Good enough space in the room. I enjoyed the hot tub with bath salts they provide. Sauna and Onsen baths are only for men.

Hotel provides a free light udon supper between 9.30-10.30 pm.

Great location and lots of extras such as free access to the sento, free drinks, free udon etc It's a little dated but it does mean the room is slightly bigger (by Japanese standards) than newer hotels.

Splendid location, helpful staff and comfy beds in a clean room. In the evening the hallway in front of the room had an unpleasant smell of smoke. (Room & lobby did not smell of smoke at all.)

The room for 2 was spacious enough to open up our luggage and the 2 single bed are good size for each of us. Well equipped with LCD tv, kettle and hair dryer. Even the main light came with a remote control. Good! Nothing I didn't like.

Well ubicated. Workers at the hotel were very very kind. The room was very cold and the matres really unconfortable. It was also very noisy because of the noise that came from the air heating instalalation. Mostly during the night.

Location was near the station, and the staff were all helpful and room was clean. Offered most of what we needed without any major problems, great price. Rooms aren't that consistent - my friend's room had strong AC but ours used some sort of central air system that didn't work very well. Had to control it by the bed instead of a remote, a little confusing at first.

There is no vault in the room.

Bed, shower and breakfast were amazing. Good-sized desk and solid wifi. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet. The decor needs some love and even though it was a non-smoking room, there was evidence of smoke smell from presumably nearby smoking rooms.
