Such a clean room with a comfortable bed. Very close to restaurants and shops. The space for breakfast feels a bit too small for the number of people staying

The free buffet breakfast was satisfying. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the train station - short walk of less than 10 minutes and you're inside the train station complex where it's easy to find places to eat, shop and most everything you need. There are also a number of convenience stores around. The other good thing that we liked about this hotel is that it has it's own parking space which is not just convenient but is also probably cheaper than most of the other parking areas around it. The hotel also provides a number of coin laundry machines at the first floor. The hotel staff were very accommodating when I had to receive a few deliveries. Typical of business hotels near a central train station, the rooms do not provide a good view. This is acceptable as these hotels are there to help travelers who can actually just go out to do sightseeing.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything was clean. The coin-operated laundry machines were easy to find and use. The bed was very hard. We did not sleep well, so we bought a yoga mat to put on the mattress, which made a big improvement. While the room was small, it was a normal size for Japan.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was great and delicious - must try their purple yam! The hotel was right by the train station and close to other great malls/ places to eat and shop if you walk 1-2km further.

Perfect for an overnight stay - conveniently located next to JR Chuo station. The breakfast was very good, though it can get busy if you are there at the buffet opening time. We were given a spacious room and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. Check-in and check-out by automated machine was easy.
