The condo has a musty odor and some mold that needs to be addressed - when we arrived there were was a very overwhelming smell from air fresheners and plug ins.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The beds were particularly comfortable. Nice pool and awesome sunsets. Housekeeping only upon request. Plenty of nice beaches around, but no beach within walking distance.

Great large apartments. I like that they have invested in solar panels and that the AC turns off when the balcony door are open. Great parking spaces, comfy beds. Reasonably close to Kailua-Kona centre. The pool wasn't that kid friendly. No amusements for them at all. View from our apartment was the parking lot ?

Excellent location, walking distance to town. Beautiful views, the indoor garden area was stunning. My elderly mother arrived before we did and her credit card had a limit. subsequently, she could not pay the full sum on arrival. She felt that the staff treated her differently and followed her around for payment. when we arrived a few days later, we were charged twice and had to make several calls to have the money returned. We also did not like how difficult it was to get an answer from the property directly instead thankfully we had Booking.com to do it. But from what I understand, the property didn’t even answer Booking.com when they phoned or emailed.
