GARDEN VIEW STUDIO - KONA ISLANDER INN CONDOS condo

I liked the location of the property. I didn’t like the lack of professionalism and organization with the companies. It wasn’t clean, it took me 3hrs to check in because I was assigned a room that was already occupied! This place had dirty and rusted dishes in the cabinets. I believe I have contracted foot fungus from there shower as well. Staff is rude and very unorganized at this place

They charged me 425 and I never get a room. I just got ripped off from booking .com They ripped me off $425 for a room I never get a room.

Location was excellent. Use of sun umbrella got us many compliments on the beach! Murphy bed was a fun thing. Ants in the bathroom; Air Conditioning felt underpowered; parking was a chore.

Location was great. Condo was pleasant I thought the host was horrible. I arrived after a 6 hour flight 40 minutes early than 5pm chrck in, and asked for the keys. I was told no I was early. I called the owner. She told me she'd have to reprogram the lock. She also had a very threatening sign in the condo about throwing out the garbage. "Failure to do so would amount to charges being assessed". I told her in my comments in her gueat book. She needed to attend a hospitality class. You don't threaten your guest paying 250 a night to throw out my garbage and shame on her for not accommodating me upon my arrival to open the condo, especially because she lived on property. Very disappointed in my first stop in Hawaii

location The bed was a Murphy bed that pulled out from the wall . Very old and uncomfortable . Room was dirty with a smelly refrigerator. very limited parking .

We were ripped off with the price. The listing showed one price and we were charged double. Thought we were on booking.com but actually on Red Awing. Tried to contact them but no reply. Notice to others never use Red Awnings. Price. Somehow Red Awnings seemed to become the booking agent and price doubled. The unit was probably the second worst place we have stayed at. The resort is adequate and in a good location. Warning to all. Stay away from Red Awnings.
