I would have given five stars except you only get 60 minutes of free Wi-Fi

It's not a resort; it's a hotel. There shouldn't be an amenities fee. The $25 was not disclosed by Expedia. The remodel was not artfully done in my room, but it was comfortable.

Awesome place!

Clean and stylish hotel - a great location to explore Kona on foot or a great hub for all other island trips by car! There is a beach/bay practically in the backyard where you can snorkel (and see some cool fish/coral) kayak, paddle board etc. Amenities were great (pool, beach towels/chairs, bikes) but do require a $25/day charge NOT included in the Expedia prices. The view from our room was absolutely amazing (ocean and mountain). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Worth the stay, the price, and would stay here again and/or recommend this to a friend! :)

This place has everything you need: towels, umbrella, seats, bike, microwave, kettle and laundry area. Staff are helpful. Will go back again.

Park at the hotel and walk everywhere. Room is clean and the ac is great. Which is needed in this area as the humidity and heat index are often high. Pool is good for kids, close to road so supervision is a must. ABC store across the street and KTA grocery store is walking distance up the road. Quinn’s almost by the sea has a pretty good ribeye. So there you have it. If you need space to do business the lobby makes a great office space and is available 24/7 Restroom in the lobby as well. The staff are the key here. They understand what a sense of urgency means and offer it. Starbucks is around the corner walking distance. Great spot if you want to walk to the water (1 min walk) to see sunset over water and sunrise over the hills. Look online and book. A palace tour. Yes. It’s also walking distance. The fish hopper has great breakfast. Beware that the website says breakfast until 11 but it’s actually until 10:45 sharp. Lots of young people here and it’s very active. Would highly recommend this hotel above some of the larger resorts.

Love it! The front desk girl was very helpful, I believe she said her name was “Jay”.

I was sad to only be able to stay here one night, especially because my flight got in late. It’s an adorable hotel very close to the water. Their pool is lovely and the coffee was delicious! I would definitely stay there again!

Although we arrived well before the 4 pm check-in time, the staff was able to accommodate us. The pool was very clean, and the location is excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was very loud. We had to turn it off to sleep.

Comfortable and and great location- coffee is available in lobby and pool side yoga👍
-
Great location near the beaches in Kona! We enjoyed the garden view room. The pool seemed very popular. And the laundry room came in handy after a day at the beach. The staff was also very helpful. Mahalo!
-
Friendly and Helpful staff. Quiet at night. close to different tour pickups I attended. Room was clean, hotel itself is a bit outdated. hallway carpets could use a replacement but the hotel itself was exactly what i needed

Boutique hotel that includes some extra fees but overall a great stay for the price. Not the best hotel but definitely not the worst

We stayed only one night after our manta ray snorkel and will stay one more night after exploring the other side of the island for a few days. Convenient location and they accomodared us with an additional air mattress. I just wish that we didn't have to pay for parking. Otherwise, amazing place!

The room was modern updated and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was an older style A/C, but it kept the room very cool. We did not use the pool or beach amenities, but the pool looked really refreshing. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again as a night before our morning flight from Kona.
