If you book a swim up room - request the sun side. We were the shaded side and definitely wasn't worth paying the extra for swim up as you get no sun all day. There isn't anything to do within the hotel but plenty outside of the hotel nearby.

The location was good with breakfast choices and location excellent, we were on a room on first floor which is design very well Did not like the position of room as there is no sunshine at any time to the balcony, bar was only open to 6pm WHY??, the sitting area for pool is really bad as it smells all day to the drainage issue

We had the upper room, very open and allot of space, this hotel has allot of potential but it need some work The cleaners are not really doing their job, they just clean the bed and that’s it, if you drink coffee they don’t clean up your cup, we where there for 2 weeks I drank a coffee from the bar and the last day the dirty cup was still there, so I don’t know what they really did for 2 weeks but only gave us new towels and make the bed for the rest they don’t do anything, that’s not what I’m used to.

great location, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast bed is comfy, poor facilities opening hours, pool & room service etc everything stops at 6pm towels only changed every 2 days, have to leave key card at reception each time you go out shower always flood even though you close door

Stayed here before and really enjoyed our stay so booked to return. With in the two years since we last came it has massively gone down hill. Pool area is always a mess and looking very tired and always dirty. Inside the pool was disgusting and had a pond smell all week with scum marks all round the side. Sun beds half broke / filthy. The buildings themselves look tired and could do with a repaint. The rooms looked half clean when we arrived. The shower was leaking and full of limescale. The air con unit upstairs was full of black mould and has left us coming home feeling ill. The beds are so uncomfortable and have left us with bad backs. Towels changed every 2 days and not daily. Staff were argumentative with us over leaving keys at the reception desk. They just do not seem interested and clearly don’t want to be there. Would not call it 4 star anymore and will not be returning. AVOID at all costs.

Super nice staff, very friendly and always happy to help with everything. They even helped me to organise a birthday surprise for my boyfriend‘s birthday. They blew up balloons, organised a chocolate cake and even gifted us a nice bottle of sparkling wine. Rooms look exactly as they are advertised: We had both rooms (swim up & the one on the second floor) because we stayed for more than 2 weeks. My only advice is: the hotel is quite new and the pool area looks a bit “empty”. Nice umbrellas, outdoor carpets and Boho furniture on every Terrasse and the middle part of the pool would make the hotel even more beautiful.

The space of room was pretty good! 1. The room had a bad smell when we arrived! 2. The pool was always dirty!

The staff in the hotel was genuinely nice and some of them had an actual interest in doing something extra for the people staying at the hotel. A special thank you to Nick who was incredible in his work, he made it even better with his positive energy. So all in all a wonderful place. Some of the staff had a big focus on selling and making money, in the way of promoting their own tours on the island. And almost got mad at you if you chose another company for your island tours.

The staff was also very nice and helpful The rooms can be better equipped since there is barely toiletries that are not enough and not even good quality. We had to take our luggage up the stairs which wasn’t mentioned in the books details since the hotel is multi levels.
