Nice roof top terrace with great views of bay in kalkan, my only downside was the stairs but that is because I have bad knees As I said in previous comment the only personal thing was lack of a lift either than that could not fault lovely family run hotel nothing too much trouble eat their a few times food excellent and value for money

The location was good, it was a 5 minute walk into town, the walk back up hill wasn’t enjoyable but a cab back from town was about £3. Staff were not very helpful, upon arrival they had no recollection of my booking which meant I had to stay in one of the self catering rooms and not in the main hotel.

The hotel is run by different generations of one family. It is awesome to see them all working together and they are all lovely people, who make you feel right at home. The food is very good, and we were lucky enough to join a Lamb-shank Sunday cook up. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking! The hotel is high up on the hill but there are many taxis that can take you to and from where you need to go.

Was a perfect short stay - very friendly staff. Thank you the people next door room constantly smoked which made our room smell of smoke if we wanted to sit on the balcony.

A mix of traditional style and decor but with updated bathrooms and aircon. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Sound travels quite a bit so not the quietest place. The pool is pretty small and all sun beds already reserved with towels. We didn’t use the pool and went to beach clubs

Breakfast is nice. It is about 300 meters from bus station. Every room is with a private terrace with great view. Swimmig poolis open from 9am to 7pm. Swimming pool can be closed 1-2hours later.

We loved the vibe of this place very cute and authentic. Amazing friendly staff and the pool area with the bar was great The aircon made a really loud noise, the breakfast included was the same most days and quite basic

Small and friendly, excellent home cooked food . Many returning guests greeted with enthusiasm by staff. Helpful hotel staff. Nothing really. I thought it was little gem.

The accommodation has really nice pool area with sun beds, amazing views from the roof terrace where the breakfast is served, nice rooms with clean sheets and towels.
