Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the view from the roof terrace was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. If we had to try to find a negative it would be that no English tea was on offer at breakfast, perhaps a few teabags like offered in room would be great.

We booked a top-floor room with a view of Kalkan Bay—and wow, it was stunning. The large windows made it feel like we were on a mountaintop, with the whole city right in front of us. At the same time, it’s actually really close to the harbor. There are always taxis nearby, so getting around was super easy. The area around the hotel is full of great restaurants, and the comfy beds plus the pool just made the stay even better.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean with plenty of wardrobe. Space your own fridge when kettle and tea and coffee making facilities when you went for breakfast. It was on a beautiful tour with amazing views, the staff were exceptional and were very attentive, there’s nothing they couldn’t do for you, lovely swimming pool! Icouldn’t fault it Nothing

They have a strange system of cleaning the rooms when you have to press the buttons. In our last room (we changed it) they forgot to clean our room 2 times even though we asked to do it every day

- location - the view from the dining hall - different types of payments available - nice staff - comfortable room - the room was under the dining hall ,so at 7.40 you wake up because they move the chairs very loudly - seemed like no bathroom cleaning, only got the trash out - very strange shampoo & conditioner bottles as if they were used before, and the same substance inside

Very friendly staff, great view from the top roof. Breakfast is ok. Asked for two days to fix the problem with shower. Lot of promises from staff, but no real solving. So we lived with this problem during all our stay.

Great location, good breakfast with fab views. Really good Turkish bath and spa at hotel. Staff lovely and helpful. We were allowed to keep our room on our departure day through to leaving at 18.30 ……. No proper hotel bar facilities. Poolside not big enough and not enough sun beds.

The hotel location is fabulous. The breakfast menu is a huge selection and awesome. The view from the roof where the breakfast is served is like a paradise. The receptionist Gizem and Ilgen they are super cool and helped us a lot.
