Direct access to the sea and Location is far from the center which for me was a plus as center is super crowded Several pool areas and bars / restaurant with view over the sea Nice breakfast. Super service at restaurant Cleanliness of common areas ( I had broken glass and pistachio shells outside the room and had to let service know after they were not cleaned). Safety - several slippery areas with water puddles that were not cleaned.

What a LOVELY location! This is such a serene space with the most amazing secluded swimming area. It's such a beautiful space, and we had a lovely time. The hotel has MORE than enough beach chairs for everyone and so many pools -- the hotel never feels crowded. It's really beautiful and totally worth a visit. of all the properties in Kalkan, this is truly the best one. A couple notes, but none of them very significant. First, the beds are extremely hard and not very comfortable. Second, I wish the staff would take better care of the property. Trash is often left behind in the beach area -- and more comfortable chairs would really make this place amazing. Third, the restaurant on property is outrageously priced, charging more than 1,000 Lira (at our stay) for a simple meal. Fourth, breakfast really wasn't anything special in my opinion. And lastly, I would HIGHLY recommend a car as the closest restaurants are up a steep hill. It's doable, but still tough.

Beautiful hotel with such lovely friendly staff. It’s a total gem. Best beach in Kalkan. We had a lovely family holiday here. The food is really good here too. Such a nice vibe! Noisy aircon and bright lights outside the bedrooms on the balconies and walkways made it hard to see the stars and also made the rooms very light at night.

Wonderful holiday in October 2023 with my family. The hotel is situated on the edge of Kalkan but a short taxi ride(5 minutes one way and cheap- 130TKL at time of review eg about £4) into the centre or a 40 minute walk up a very steep hill. Location was absolutely perfect for us as it doesn't attract crowds , is away from the hustle and bustle of Kalkan centre and has the added benefit of direct access to the beach, meaning we didn't have to go and pay for any other beach clubs.In fact the majority of the time we had the hotel pools to ourselves and the deck area was never very busy. Added bonus was the beautiful weather at the end of October and still warm at night too. All Kulube staff are very friendly and efficient. We had a grande suite for 4 of us which was large with 2 balconies and a partial sea view located just behind the main hotel reception. One of the bathrooms was a little 'tired and basic and there was a whole kitchen unit area in the suite which was superfluous as you werent able to self cater or bring any non-hotel food into the rooms so it didn't containany cutlery etc so not sure of its purpose.. The suite was regularly cleaned and worked for us apart from the above note. The steps up and down to breakfast and the sea kept us fit! Top Tip: take some £ to pay for bills in some restaurants in Kalkan as you get 10% rather than paying in TKL or by card given inflation rate in Turkiye is v high. Don't expect this part of Turkiye to be cheap. It isn't!

Breakfast was good, nice egg variations. Beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. the coffee at the breakfast buffet was much too weak!

Everything was perfect, the stuff, cleanness, the location literally everything was amazing. Highly recommended.

Internal dining area and food on offer basic. However, sitting on the terrace - views are stunning. Staff friendly and attentive. More variety of food available, pancakes / croissants etc for the kids.

We have stayed at the Kulube time after time over 30 years or so. Always a pleasure. It is away from the town centre and unusually for Kalkan has its own easy private access to the sea so great for swimming. The staff are invariably friendly and helpful and some have been there for decades. Can't fault the hotel though the steps up and down to the beach are getting steeper as we get older.... Kalkan was a small village resort when we first came, now it has expanded enormously as a popular international destination and can get very crowded.

The photos don't go this venue justice! The swimming deck, restaurant and bar area were all breathtakingly beautiful. Our Grand Suite was huge with two bathrooms, an open living and bedroom area, a separate main bedroom, 3 balconies AND a patio area at the back. Molly the resident dog was a treat for our kids especially! Could include more traditional Turkish dishes on the dinner menu. Breakfast and lunch were delicious though, so had we opted to have dinner there, it probably would have been as good.
