The room are big and also the variety of breakfast selections The bathroom need to watch it if it is get wet to prevent of slipping!

Everything -the breakfast buffet had the biggest selection we have ever seen, the room and bathroom were very large, the offered free cake and ice cream in the afternoon and the spa area was amazing. Room view was of gondola station.

Great location, great facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a wide range of selection. I went in a non busy season and got an room upgrade so it was very happy. Nothing really.

Das Hotel war wunderbar und preiswert (Oktober). Das einzige Manko waren die Geräusche von der Gondelstation, wenn morgens um 7 Uhr die Mitarbeiter sich für ihre Tageseinsätze trafen.

My room was changed from single room to junior suit at no extra cost. It was a superb room, lots of windows and awsome view. It was very close to the train station and next to big supermarkets. It was very peaceful and quiet because no kids were allowed. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. There could be a fan in the room as it gets really hot in summer almost 35 to 38 centigrade. There were enough windows in the suit but no air coming in so please get a cheap fan for hot days. The vegetables at the breakfast buffet were not fresh, however, there were plenty of freshoranges and you could make fresh orange juice.

The staff, the location and service what excellent It’s a shame that there is no restaurant for diner in the evening. You can order food and takeout to the room at 18h what I personal think is early. For the rest perfect. I will go back

The hotel and rooms were very clean although dated. We had an initial issue with strong cigarette smell (from the balcony of an adjacent room) that prevented us from keeping our windows open. The manager allowed us to change rooms which luckily improved the situation. The breakfast was adequate but it was strange to us that we were given an assigned table each day even though there were not very many guests. Overall I would say that this resort would be best for a winter visit as it is immediately adjacent to a ski lift. However I would not choose this location again for a summer visit. The views were mostly a parking lot and not very scenic. In my opinion there are many more hotels in the Tyrol area that would provide a more relaxing and pleasing experience in summer.
