Staff is super helpful and nice. Great onsen in the hotel was very clean and the room was larger than normal for a business hotel. Parking was only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The was a little expensive but the food and drink selection was a lot better than Route Inn

Very near to Kamaishi Station. Hotel is accessible from the station by covered walkway. About 50 m away. Not may places with good dining near to the hotel. Have to go to the town centre.

One of the staff had an attitude, did not even look at us and she cut our conversation to convey what she wanted to say.

Location at the train station. Very quiet area. No in-room safe provided. Difficulty communicating in English with receptionist.

Clean and comfortable I was surprised the hotel did not offer free coffee during the day. 400 yen for a small cup of coffee did not feel reasonable.
