Location.. Nit much else Sheert don’t fit the bed. Breakfast is very average. No shower pressure.

The location was great The linen didn’t fit the bed, My shower head broke off the wall , the freezer compartment was frozen and too small to put anything in it. The breakfast was very average.

The location The size of the room. The service The room was just functional. It was not pleasant.

Staff was very kind and friendly, really sympathetic people! In my book this is how true professionals are. Room and terrace was cleaned and new bedsheets were put on every single day. Breakfast was good, location is very good, 30 seconds walk to the beach and near the city centre. Pool was also great (the beach isn't sandy). AC needs an urgent cleaning with foam as it is full of mud and you can feel it as soon as you start it.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing. They made us feel incredibly comfortable and were always willing to help us any time. Our room was cleaned every day and they brang us clean towels as well. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay, making it an unforgettable experience. From the warm greetings at the reception to the attentive housekeeping, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I will come here again for sure. Plus points: the location is very close to the sea, 1-2 minutes .

I did not like anuthing about this hotell. Got to the room and left 30 min later and searched new hotel near by. Nothing is as promised - no acctual view, dirty fridge, noisy a/c etc etc. It was like a bad jokw and I really don't understand, hpw they manage to false advertise in booking with average 8,4 rating.....my rate would be below 0 if that was even possible

Its imission mpossible This property seems to be is abonded place or left without any care- everything seems to be a little rusted and outdated. Bed madrats is soaken hole, doors and windows doesn close, furniture is mixed up with different cabinets without any style, shower trap will be little pool as water doesnt go down- its just bizaar. And bed linen style is a top of everything. Breakfast under the sun is also not recommended and there is no hut tube as promised, beside they say suite is 40m -no way.

The staff and the room was big and had our own small pool. Everything was great!

perfect value for money bathroom could do with a few minor repairs. other than that would stay again

Breakfast was very adequate , the staff were very friendly , with the room being cleaned daily with clean towels, the small window in the bathroom had a broken lock and wouldn't stay closed, the hook for the shower head was also broken and hence having to shower holding the shower head proved very taxing and uncomfortable. there were no refreshments/drinks available during the day at the pool office

Excellent location a minute from the beach but the area was quiet and you could relax around the pool. Our room had no windows and a shared terrace with sun beds and it’s own jacuzzi- unfortunately this meant you were inside or outside with others. Not all rooms were like this though. Staff were friendly and pool area nice.

Friendly staff... Nice quiet location 2 minute walk from the sea side, restaurants and shops. Room was very spacious! Aircon worked very well. Pool area was great and comfortable with perfect sunshine around all day... TV not that we watched much could of been a little bigger. If they could have provided some still water for the room that would of been great.

the location was great. The staff were lovely, the rooms were cleaned regularly. No kettle in the rooms, couldn’t open windows as thought they would fall out. It could do with freshening up & updating. No drinks to purchase at the reception not even water, we arrived later when everything was closed. A security guard met us after we rang them but he had no idea about the hotel so just gave us keys. There were 7 of us, my friend changed rooms as their rooms was very dirty. I will definitely return to Kamari but not to this hotel.
