Rivari Hotel

The internet service of the hotel was not so great, the Wifi service from the room unreachchable.

The room smelled of toilet drains, the breakfast menu was always the same, the pool was not very clean

I really liked the environment and the vibe that surrounded me. The pool was awesome and I really had a good time. I didn't really like the sink water, because it tasted salty and also the shower.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and regularly service, tasty breakfast, very good location to the beach, a convenient private pool and handy pool bar, polite and responsible reception

Probably one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was always well stocked. All staff were friendly and offered friendly advice and assistance when required. If you’re thinking of staying in Kamari, you will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. Nothing

Staff were very welcoming and gave the full run down upon arrival on things like; don't drink the water from taps and where we could buy some, the wifi is excellent in public areas and around the pool but not so good in our room - this didn't matter since we didn't go there to sit in our rooms but loved the honesty so we knew what to expect. Also tips on getting around whether via local buses or taxi. Bus to Fira was just €2 so well worth it rather than €25 each way in taxi. Everywhere was spotless clean; we stayed in a family room which was very spacious and comfy beds. It was about 10 mins walk to Kamari town where the shops and restaurants are, the beach is also nearby but we didn't spend any time there since its very rocky and sea quite rough. The pool area at hotel was far more inviting.

The hotel was exactly what my sister, friend, and I were looking for: a place where we felt comfortable and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the pool bartender, and everyone was always willing to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious. The location was also ideal, about a 10-minute walk from the center of Kamari and the black stone beach, around 7 minutes to Carrefour, and close to both local and tourist restaurants. It’s also just 5 minutes or less to the bus stop, making it easy to visit other villages. For us, it was the perfect spot, and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again without hesitation!

Gardens are lovely and room was very clean, breakfast was ok but coffee wasn’t great, poolside food was good and pool bar area was nice AC broken on first night and no compensation, had to change room the following day. This could happen anywhere but units are dated and we had to move room and weren’t offered help (we had a baby and a toddler), breakfast areas would benefit from a fan

Breakfast was as expected, very good. The little fridge in our room was really good to keep drinks cold. We would have benefitted from a small kettle in our room. The really cold temperature of the swimming pool meant that it was only accessible by the hardy swimmers (not me ?).
