Santorini Kastelli Resort

We loved Kastelli Resort so much we extended our stay! The resort was so beautiful and clean- great attention to detail! The friendly professional staff was icing on the cake! Extremely accommodating- would definitely come back and stay at Kastelli Resort! Everything! We were greeted by the friendly staff and we immediately noticed the attention to detail everywhere and the entire property was so clean!

Nothing to complain about. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The resort is situated 3 minutes from the beach, and there you can find many Greek restaurants and bars. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel. The staff were super friendly.

Overall it's beautiful. Adonis, the manager and the entire staff are kind, friendly. Beautiful property, close to town with many restaurants to choose from. Bus stop across the street Nothing! It was all great.

The hotel is beautiful, the pools are wonderful . The gym and facilities are great. The breakfast is mediocre, for five stars we expected freshly baked pies and fresh juices, perhaps some freshly prepared eggs.. other hotels in Kamari offer a better buffet The coffee is literally undrinkable, but later at our stay we discover we could order coffee from the staff and they would use a proper machine with proper coffee grains to make it. The water pressure at the shower is very low, again, for a five stars hotel it’s not enough. We also didn’t like that, after we refused a transfer to the airport, the staff kept asking about our checkout time. Felt a bit out of class.

I didn’t like that if you wanted to have company it wasn’t allowed, I wish I would have known before I booked because my friend and her daughter came by to my hotel so we could all go out and the reception was like that no guest allowed, I stated that they wasn’t staying they were her to get me so we could go out. I didn’t like that at all

Attentive staff

Everything about this resort is magnificent. Super friendly staff with high morals as well as super cozy and warming rooms plus very fresh and delicious breakfast and awesome location to the beach with all accessible stores and markets nearby. One thing which we found very welcoming even before arriving there was that they asked for your flight details and then they also tracked your location and status and this "being in contact" with you even before your arrival is indeed very civilized and friendly; this came to play in our case because due to the weather conditions, our flight could not land in Santorini and we landed in Athens and must have waited for the ferry to get to Santorini and we lost a day because of all the mentioned problems and we decided to stay for one more day to compensate our lost one and even though if was not at all the hotel's business, they helped us fully, from each possible aspects, to be able to enjoy our staying and it did make that lost day up to us, mostly thanks to Mr. Dimitrios Stefanos Sakellaris and of course all the other staff, whose names I unfortunately don't know to mention them personally. Every one there was super polite and friendly with a warm smile on their face, which made your every single day enjoyable and energetic. The respected lady who cleaned our room was also very welcoming and warm and thanks to her, our room was always in order with all the needed goods inside. Frankly and away from any exaggerations, all in all it was an awesome staying, surely because of super friendly staff, who honestly is glad to help you with your wishes and they do remember what you asked without even going for it twice, which is a big plus on their side; There was really nothing to complain about and gladly we would visit this resort again.

Exactly as described on-line. The only surprises were pleasant like the extensive grounds, super helpful staff, complementary upgrade, and few minute walking distance to all the restaurants in Kamari. It was also nice that the high Booking.com rating was accurate as that’s not always the case. There was no disappointment because expectations were exceeded.

Location & premises!! Beautiful property close to the ocean with pristine facades. Very welcoming staff, attentive to details and great arrival in Reception. Parking for Guests close to our suite. Secure and quiet surroundings. Kamari is worth a visit and a stroll by the beach full of restaurants and shops! Room AC could be stronger

Clean and decent location. They didn’t get the memo that the customer is always right. They are right and you take what they give you. Treated with great disrespect.

The bed was very comfortable and they upgraded us to an executive room. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night, but we would have stayed longer if we could have. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and it was nice to sit by the main pool while enjoying our morning coffee.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, the pools were beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. nothing

It is a beautiful resort, the staff is so kind and the food is perfect. Maybe 5 more minutes to walk to the beach, but it is not that far… so not really an issue

Clean and the service is amazing

Large comfortable rooms, nice pool, close to beach, good gym. Breakfast is not at the standard of the hotel

The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and always willing to please. We had 2 rooms linked to a private pool - was amazing, definitely worth spending a little more. The other pools also good, loads of loungers - no rush to book early. Nothing to fault.
