Everything is really clean and modern, with a good bathroom and comfy beds. The staff were all very friendly and always made sure to say good morning/night and to talk to us. The room was very spacious and the AC worked perfect.The location is as good as it gets, just a few steps from the beach front. Nothing I disliked. This was my 4th time visiting Santorini and it's the best hotel I've stayed in.

The location is just perfect, with many nice restaurants nearby and very close to beach. Mr. Akis and his wife couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The room is simple in typical Greek islands style, but it has everything that's necessary for a holiday including a fridge. The bed is hard but surprisingly very comfortable. The towels and bed linen are changed every few days. Not sure what the daily cleaning should consist of, as wash basin and toilet seat were not cleaned.

The location is amazing, just a short walk from one of the best beaches on the island, but also far enough from the bustling nightlife. It's a perfect base for exploring any part of Santorini, whether it's the island itself or the surrounding archipelago. Akis, the host, is exceptional and always there to assist with anything you need. Regrettably, the room we were assigned was located on the basement floor, so we didn't have a pleasant view. However, since we were only there to sleep, it turned out to be worth it in the end, especially considering the affordable price.

Excellent location, many places to eat nearby and a nice view from verandah. Very clean, modern room. The staff and owner Mr Akis are all very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour with reception, Mr Akis waited for the bus with us and made sure we were in the right spot and got on the correct bus. Such kindness is always appreciated on holidays.

I like that the hotel is located in the middle of Kamari, just 2 mins to the beach and same to the walking street full of restaurants/bars and shops. The hotel is nice, we had a beautiful view to the mountains. The room was clean, and we had a daily cleaning as well. The stuff was amazing, especially Mr. Akis. He was extremely helpful and taking care of us :) highly recommended hotel. If I visit Kamari again, I’ll stay at Akis hotel. All was good

Very clean, cosy and comfortable with a very good location, just a walk away from the beach and a fantastic bakery. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you Mr. Akis! Nothing.
