Excellent location

Not ultra-lux but very nice. Staff was exceptionally warm, competent, and helpful. Workout room is very small and limited, should be much larger and far better equipped for a resort of this caliber and size.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a beautiful sea-view room, which made our experience even more special. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel's convenient location near the airport, which was exactly what we needed for our trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious, fresh, and satisfying options . The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They genuinely did their best to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging our airport transfer, which made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Maria, who was exceptionally friendly, kind, and professional. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. I also have to mention the lovely scent in the reception area—it created such a relaxing and luxurious first impression every time we walked through the lobby. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a peaceful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and a convenient location. The only minor downside was that, because the hotel is close to the airport, we could occasionally hear airplanes as they were coming in to land. However, this was a small trade-off for such a convenient location, and it certainly didn't take away from our wonderful experience.

Beautiful place to stay, we stayed in the sea view room. It was very spacious and beautiful. We walked out and we were right on next to the pool and the beach. The Front Desk was exceptional, nice and helpful, once they found out this was our anniversary trip. They got a Prosecco in our room while we were checking in. The beach has unique black sand, very beautiful. The hotel has its own private beach with lounge, chairs, and umbrellas free of use. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner out every night. Right end of the street was a busy street with restaurants, shops, and ice cream stores. It was nice to walk out at night. It’s very safe! We had airplanes flying, but it was cool to see. We liked everything!

Beautiful. Staff were so nice. It was set away from crowds but close enough you could walk to boardwalk Kamari beach. The beaches chairs and food service was excellent. Very scenic. The rooms are very comfortable yet sparse

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and fresh food, staff were brilliant, kind helpful and happy and would always go over and above. We had the best time!! We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, we weren’t given the option to book a Connecting room on booking.com when we arrived there was a connecting room, apparently this is not something they advertise, we had to book 2 rooms, and would have preferred our children to be with us connecting. Our room also could have slept 6 as the sofa was a double bed.

Clean, friendly, caring, accommodating, helpful, thoughtful my son had special needs and all the staff was very helpful I can’t bottle it and bring it home with me.

Everything was great! A really well located resort with high quality facilities. The swimming pools were little cold.

Breakfast was great, but the beach in front of the hotel was not impressive. we had to walk about half mile to wards the center of the beach for a better beach location. if there was a shuttle to go back and forth to the Airport would be great and a peace of mind for visitors.

Loved the rooms. The beach was beautiful and clean. Restaurants and shops everywhere down the street. The hotel was full, but it was still easy to find space by one of the pools and the beach. The staff was helpful and very accommodating!

It was stunningly, beautiful, and very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful with making accommodations and reservations for activities or taxis. I have no complaints

Our stay at Costa Grand Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the resort's stunning beachfront location, elegant design, and warm hospitality. Nestled right on the black sand beach of Kamari, the views were simply breathtaking — especially at sunrise. The rooms are beautifully designed with a mix of Cycladic charm and modern luxury. Ours was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a private balcony with sea views that made every morning feel magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and high-end. One of the highlights was the resort’s pool area — serene, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We also made good use of the spa, which offered a truly rejuvenating experience with professional staff and a calming atmosphere. Breakfast was another standout: a generous buffet with fresh local produce, traditional Greek dishes, and plenty of options for all tastes. The restaurant and bar staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Costa Grand’s location in Kamari is ideal — close to shops and tavernas, yet peaceful and private. We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach and enjoy the calm waters. Overall, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Santorini charm. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end stay with easy access to the beach and local culture. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just two suggestions for improvement: 1) It would be helpful if complimentary bottled drinking water were provided throughout the stay, rather than only on the first day. 2) The dinner menu could benefit from a bit more variety to enhance the overall dining experience.

The staff, and the facilities were fantastic. Property was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great to reach the rest of the Kamari area, and the staff was amazing to help get you whatever you needed. We didnt love the airport noise, we had planes landing every 30-60 minutes from around 7:30AM-10PM. They move over quickly, but it is loud for about 30 seconds per plane. We did kind of get used to it, but based on the location of the property it is unavoidable.

The property was beautiful and the restaurant was very good. The staff was super nice. Our flight was leaving before breakfast was served so they packed us a ‘to go’ breakfast. They also upgraded our room although we spent most of the time on the lounge chairs at the beach. Shopping and eating options were very close by as well. We selected the property because of the proximity to the airport and it was close. Planes didn’t arrive too frequently and stopped coming in by the evening.

The hotel was super clean, staff was accommodating, highly recommend. The only slight downside was that we were super close to the airport and heard the planes above us. Despite this we were right on the beach with so many restaurants to chose from and boutique shops. Highly recommend Cosi Italian restaurant.
