Wonderful property in Kamari, 15-20 min walk from beach/market, and the main bus stop to Fira is down the road. Small but decent-sized pool. Good connectivity to Fira to explore other parts of the island, like Oia. Accommodating hosts, nice breakfast, and all friendly staff, including kitchen, reception, and housekeeping. We recommend attending Dimitris Greek night, which was amazing. Overall good experience, will recommend and return Nothing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dimitris villa, the pool area was stunning and was never overcrowded. It was a family run hotel, in which staff were incredibly welcoming to us. Breakfast was simple, but definitely did the job. The hotel was within a 10/15 minute walk from the Kamari beach front, which was very convenient. We would love to come back if we returned to Santorini :)

We have the best time here , the room was big and clean , the pool area is perfect for a relaxing day and the stuff very friendly and helpful !

Rooms basic, no air or windows, very claustrophobic toilet and bath facilities poor. Pool area shade on 4 bed that was lost when sun moved majority of beds had no shade available Twice we complained and twice we were accused of damaging property(tan on towels or bed sheet) we complained about smell coming from toilet and we had also observed a cockrouch in the bathroom. We observed this when we came I at 12.30 and reported next morning. Manager not available. We went out after that and when we returned in the evening and went to see the manager, he would only talk about the damage to his property, a hand towel that was soiled. There was no proof that we had .he said cockrouche infestations were normal in Greece, and smell was due to bog turd that would not pass through pipes until they dissolved. In the meantime we found that he had removed all towels from our room and would not supply as we damaged them. He also said he would be happy to give me a days refund if we left the hotel, this was about 6.00 the evening before we were leaving. We had paid for breakfast but never took it as we were unhappy about the quality and lack of choice of what we saw, together with poor basic hygiene issues we saw in the dinning area. The manager was rude ,ignorant and aggressive

A well run family hotel. Staff was excellent and Andreas was a perfect host, always willing to provide information with regard to things to do in Santorini. The Greek night was great and good fun. The room was comfortable and met our requirements. Mini supermarket and beach was close by. Pool was great. Nothing

The position close to the beach The property could not tell good English, the breakfast was not exceptional.
