One of the staff members was super helpful Was just a little bit high up the hill but that was the only thing. Everything else was good.

The view was nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk guy was awesome. The long tall hill with no safe walkways to get there. My sister and her friend refused to leave after the third day because the hill was so steep and hard to climb to get there. My son and his girlfriend had 86 stairs to climb to get to and from their room. Only one small elevator to the 2nd floor, or down to the breakfast room, after that the place is a maze and lots of stairs.

Breakfast was good, with a lot of different varieties every morning. Pool and bar facilities were also quite nice. Location is perfect, even tho it is a little bit uphill, but that also contributes to its magical view over the sea and the ancient Thera mountain. We really had wonderful and unforgettable time. On the other hand, we were quite disappointed by rooms cleanliness. Bedsheets were quite stale, and not changed regularly, while the bathroom was moldy and rusty, while after shower the water usually comes out of the floor drain onto the floor. For a 4 star hotel it really should be on another level. Another thing, our booked room with a sea view had also a free view for other guests inside, so i gotta say privacy at pool level rooms is non existent.

Very helpful staff, nice quiet location, comfortable and clean accommodation. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and the bar closed early 10pm so could not purchase drinks after this.

Location, friendly personal, quite good breakfast! Shower! There’s a curtain in a very strange place which sticks to you when you take shower! And a lot of water comes to the room from air conditioner…

Wonderful staff, especially Vasilis and Ronalde. Very clean. Lovely pool. Air conditioned large bedrooms Steep hill up from the beach, which was difficult in the 34°heat, but not a huge problem

Great location with great sea view. Sunrises are awesome. Very close to the beach and all the Kamari's restaurants are also in a walking distance sometimes there were a lot of ants. Not that they were some kind of a problem to us but still

There were no blinds or curtains at our main bedroom door to balcony, so the sunlight came in brightly every morning impacting our sleep for the week. We have stayed here before in a different room and did not have this issue. Also at breakfast, the food had run low way before end of scheduled breakfast times. The receptionist who checked us in was welcoming but after that, not so warm and welcoming as last time. Cleaning staff were great and bar person always helpful.

Excellent service and quiet location with panoramic views. Staff very helpful and friendly Not ideal for small babies in a pram, it's a hike up some steep hills with many steps it was a though few days and our apartment was on the top floor with no elevator to our room two flights of stairs was the only option.

Breakfast was delicious- the best we had of the 3 places we stayed at on Santorini. It was a great selection that changed and the tree covered terrace where you sit was lovely. The pool area was lovely with views out over the sea beyond. Easy walk to the quiet end of the beach. Quiet and nice to be higher up. Loved the hot tub with views. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nothing

Great hospitality from Vasillis and the team when we eventually got the room we paid for, it was wonderful. But its very disappointing we mostly got ripped off by the booking manager. Originally we didn't get the room we paid for, 2 out of 3 nights we were a significant room below what our booking stated. I would recommend if you want a private room with sea view and jet tub you ask for room 126 otherwise you will get a much smaller room with an awful shower over bath with a mouldy shower curtain and every man and his dog walking past to gawk at you. The first picture is the lesser value room, which we initially got, the second is what we actually paid for (a world between) unfortunately only had 1 night here after we complained it was not as advertised. When you work hard and only have a short holiday, this is very disappointing.
