The place was in a very nice neighborhood so close to the beach and store the pool was amazing and Chris and the daytime person at reception is great All All Good

The property is beautiful and very clean! Walking distance to the beach and Kamari center. The staff are amazing and helpful and caring. I loved my stay here Nothing absolutely nothing

The gardens are wonderful with lots of different places to sit. Sometimes the bar service was a little slow but I think this was because it was the end of the season

The location was amazing, close to the beach. The bus stop to fira is about 10 mins walk, there you'll get the bus. Too many restaurants. Hotel is quite and clean. The breakfast was ok, variety of food. Our first day wasn't good, we were given a wrong room, too tight and different from what we booked. But the next morning we were able to change the room and was mor comfortable. The WiFi was a nightmare. It so slow, took half a day just to send one picture. We complained but was told they had a problem, they'll fix it. It was never fixed. we were there for 7 days.

Perfect quiet well kept establishment with friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and tasty breakfast. Very clean Wi-Fi connection was weak in the room

The location is great, even if it was 20 mins away from Fira. I like the peacefulness of the area and how it has a lot of great restaurants just outside. I also love the hotel pool, it was one of the biggest I’ve seen out there. The rooms were good, but I feel like some of the bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. There was some rust around the sink and shower, and the shower mat could be replaced.

Spacious and near the pool breakfast tables, two swimming pools for adults and kids, cooperative staff when asked, trampoline for kids in the front yard. Location 8min walk to the beach, 2min walk to super market. Internet availability should receive zero star! It was not available and when it was it was slow. Parking is not really available, there's room for 4-5 cars and their personnel occupy 2 of them! Hair bunch from previous guest on the floor, by default nothing in the room, empty little fridge, no kettle, no cup, nothing, no refill of shampoo. They provided kettle when we asked but with no cup, so it was still useless. They provided shampoo but when asked. They cleaned the hair when asked. They failed to provide internet even when asked.

I didn't like the bathroom. It's not comfy for shower bath.

The staff are very warm and welcoming and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We had the best room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and the dining area is lovely by the pool I have stayed in many hotels in Santorini and this was one of my favourite...would stay here again. Some of the areas of the hotel need updating. Our bathroom definitely needs an update. The bath had no bath plug and the shower was very old.

The location is 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes bus stop, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Fira just 10 minutes.away.by bus and 30 minutes to Oia. The housekeeping regularly change the towel and clean the bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful staffs are helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and garden. Takes 10 minutes to airport but we barely hear the flight at night. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at kamari / santorini!!!! Heaven The jacuzzi just have a normal water temperature. I prefer wo have it warmer as I travel on October. But not a big deal

Nice spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. The grounds and Pool areas are beautiful. Walking distance to Black sand beach, close to market, bars restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast Buffet excellent, was included in our room price. I would recommend this hotel. Nothing

Breakfast was good. Hot selection could have been better. There was no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Also jacuzzi was cold, probably to cold for this time of year.

I like the environment, I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was great, and my daughter loved the pools. I love that we were close to the beach, restaurant and shops was also happy that the hotel could recommend taxi for us as well. I feel very happy. The only problem I had was that the Internet was very poorly in the room where I was..
