The location was very close to everything. The property was clean and furnished/decorated nicely. It had great views of the water and sunsets from our roof pool area. This helped avoid the crowds at sunset. It was right near the tourist action, but the front fenced in patio area kept your home separated from the crowds and feeling private. Our host Manos was great and quickly replied to every text. He had good food recommendations and helped out a lot. We added the breakfast. It was a nice start to the day. It was a great place to stay! There wasn’t much not to like. If I’m trying to be picky, I would say it would be nice if slippers were provided like at some properties/hotels.

Wonderful villa with gorgeous views of Oia and the Aegean Sea. Villa was clean, spatious and comfortable. There was a patio with a small pool and another rooftop patio both with amazing views. The villa was spatious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was included and delivered to the room. It was delicious. Manos was our host and reached out before our arrival to set up transfers from the port and also helped with dinner reservations and a boat day. He was very organized, responsive and we enjoyed the warm welcome. Great location, close to all of the shops, restaurants and so many view points! We had an unforgettable family stay here, nothing short of amazing! It wasn't a problem for us, but there is a set of relatively steep steps to enter the villa, and one bedroom is up a ladder-type staircase (with a hand rail). The rooftop patio is accessed by another set of ladder type steps. Not a good place for someone with mobility issues to stay.

The location was great, the Caldera view from our terrace was spectacular and the our host Manos was amazing. The property was clean and we had everything we needed.

Its at an amazing location with access to main pedestrian street of Oia. The house is spacious and well ventilated. Host Manos is very polite and helpful. The pool is of decent size with a good view. Breakfast was of good portions. Wifi was very weak. During windy evenings, you can hear some loud noise from outside. Breakfast variations could be good if guests stay for more than couple of days.

Our stay at this property was truly one of the highlights of Santorini. The kids loved the feel of staying in a cave, especially the little "hole" in which one of the beds was placed. The view was spectacular, and we loved enjoying it while eating the amazing continental breakfast they offered, or while soaking in the hot tub and watching the sunset. Manos was so helpful and responsive, and made sure we had an amazing stay!

Location, location, location! Everything was great! Love the views and proximity to town/restaurants. Staff were very friendly & helpful and arrangement was very pleasant. The only things to pin-point about the property were: the second shower not being useful, the downstair a/c was loud/noisy and no microwave.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff It was absolutely beautiful and a great location. I do wish it would’ve been easier to see the sunset from the roof.

Location was perfectly situated by the Main Street! Yet it won’t be too loud. Conveniently walk to shops , restaurants, and convenience stores without all the steps

This location is gorgeous, our front porch view was directly at the blue domes. Fascinating views. Our host was extremely welcoming and caring to make sure our stay was great. We were met by the porter at 1 am as we had late arrival and he helped us with the bags. Same on the way back, we didn’t have to carry the luggage- this is what I was scared about. The inside of the rooms are fabulous, the aesthetic, design and decoration everything was magical. I felt like in the movie. Hospitality of our host was exceptional. Our breakfast was delivered directly by the front door. I am definitely coming back and would wanted to recommend this place to everyone.

Loved the traditional cave house. Amazing views and hospitality great. Breakfast delivered to our rooms in the morning was lovely too. Got a great last minute deal on booking.com too! Zero!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. It was wonderful. You get a spectacular view of the sunset right in your own private pool. Staff was very nice and helpful in planning our stay on the island.

The location is very central yet quiet—just a minute away from the main street of Oia and the bus station. Special thanks to Manos and his staff, Elaine and Jillian, for accommodating our late check-in at 12:30 PM, even though they were expecting new guests the same day. Our flight was at 5:25 PM, so we really appreciated the extra time to enjoy the villa. The entire place was spotless and aesthetic. Our kids absolutely loved the hot tub—it was perfectly warm, contrary to some reviews saying it was cold. Elaine was especially helpful throughout our stay, and Manos was truly an exceptional host. It was an amazing experience staying at Spitia Santorini Villa - we were in the Volcano House. We used the roof deck, the front patio and the pool. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful for us. Manos was amazing at communicating with us the entire time.

Spacious for family of 4 with kitchen, dining, family room and a nice plunge pool. Enjoyed every bit of the facility. And it is surrounded by nice restaurants and shops Nothing

What a gem of an accommodation!! Manos (the Manager) went above and beyond to help us with every moment of our stay. The best accommodation, I've privileged enough to stay at and fortunate to meet Manos. I loved it! I received first-class service from Manos the moment I booked the accommodation at the hotel until the moment I left. Very friendly and a nice person. The prime location of the accommodation is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. Nothing

Location it’s amazing, actually you don’t need to go out the property. You’re gonna enjoy the sunset from the jacuzzi
