Breakfast portions were generous with plenty of options. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were great, friendly and attentive. Location is perfect as well. Nice and quiet but close to other bars and restaurants. Pool was a little smaller than it looked in the photos. Some of the facilities were a little worn out. There was building work going on next door which was loud at times and it overlooked the pool so we had a bit of an audience when we swam.

There is nothing good here There is not one good thing to say about this hotel. 1. It is run down and dilapidated. When you walk in you walk past piles of mattresses in the hall. There is visible dirt everywhere. 2. I chose this hotel because of its quiet location off the main road. They did not inform me that it is in the center of a construction site and there is relentless banging and drilling from 7am to 6pm. Furthermore the construction is around the pool so it is not useable. I came to do work and with that construction noise it was not possible. Furthermore, the wifi did not work. I'm not new to Uganda so none of this completely deterred me. 3. The biggest issue I had was that I was placed in a ground floor room in the center of the construction. I had a sliding glass window that led out to the pool area. I discovered during the night that the window had no lock. As in: anyone could enter at any time. I was too scared to sleep after that and I definitely could not leave my bags to go elsewhere. I checked out first thing in the morning and found somewhere else to stay. Even after all of this, the hotel refused to refund me. Stay far far away. They have no customer service and it's not a safe place until they renovate and start taking customer satisfaction seriously. Lastly: I got tricked by the Google reviews but upon looking at them now, they are all AI bots.

It was spacious and they cleaned our rooms each morning. There was also a fan available. My room was facing the front so at night there was music and voices from people using the outdoor bar! This made it quite difficult to sleep

Hotel is very good, has a good restaurant and garden ambience is excellent. Rooms are clean. They had mentioned the room had air conditioner but in reality there was just a portable cooler and fan. Also the bathroom shower enclosed did not have a door so water was everywhere after a shower which was dangerous as it was very slippery.

Great location, very quiet and tucked away in Kampala. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable. Overall, an excellent boutique hotel in Kampala. The wifi was very unreliable. This may have been the service provider's fault, but it was problematic for several days.
