The atmosphere exudes tranquillity and lush greenery, with meticulously maintained lawns. I enjoyed the pristine pool, relaxing sauna, and efficient gym facilities. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, providing valuable tips for exploring the city and Bugolobi area. I must mention Benard, the gatekeeper, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. The dining experience was disappointing, with soups consistently being overly salty on four occasions, which was quite disheartening. While the à la carte dinner menu was satisfactory, it lacked options for those seeking to explore authentic Baganda cuisine. Moreover, my sense of security was shattered when someone abruptly entered my room in the morning, leaving me deeply frightened and traumatized. Upon reporting the incident to the hotel, they dismissed it as a result of room service or cleaning services, which I had not requested. I was dismayed by the hotel's casual response, as they quickly brushed off my concerns without conducting a thorough investigation. Given the gravity of the situation, especially as a solo female traveler, I felt compelled to check out immediately, overwhelmed by the trauma and paranoia caused by this incident.

Managers very pleasant to work with especially Shakira Under construction there needs to be a face-lift more than just the front lobby. Mosquitoes are rampant and we had to buy extra spray. Some of the staff were brand new in training. Management was excellent through out.
