Some restaurant folks were wonderful and service minded, swimming pool area really good, garden area beautiful Wifi terrible, many different substations, passwords, uncovered areas within premises, bandwidth capacity really low that it was better often use 4G. Continuous battle to have towels available in the room.

The only positive feedback I can give is the staff working at the restaurant. Especially the gentlemen working there in the evenings. Very polite and so helpful! If all were like him. The lady at the reception was extremely sour and in a bad mood. She was working on all days we stayed and as I don't remember her name she was the one at the reception on the morning of Thursday 17th of August. Very bad customer service and don't understand why you have someone like her at the reception greeting your customers. In addition to her, the lady working at the gym on the evening of Tuesday 15th was also extremely unpolite. I never complain nor write these reviews but she was very unprofessional and with a bad attitude. Again why do you have these people working with your customers when they are like these women?

The compound The lockers at the room are very old, the internet is very bad keeps on and off. They have good swimming pool but its not open at early morning and evening.

The excellent service delivered by every single member of staff. The atmosphere is so relaxed, the scenery by the pool is amazing. Everyone so friendly and quick to help. really this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in especially on the continent of Africa. There was nothing to dislike sincerely
