I liked the comfortability, cleanliness and the food The toilet was not flushing

I like that each time I stay, i see small changes or improvements. I like the option to have a plug in mosquito repellent n the room and the new air conditioners. Also the food was really good.

That there was a restaurant and bar on site I had to keep the windows closed the hole time because to my left there 5 people smoking on the balcony the whole night

I had a great stay! The people working there were very nice, and the rooms were nice! The bathroom was a bit small, and the WiFi was a bit unstable. Also, the food (both breakfast and dinner) didn’t really fit to my standards. It was a bit weird food, and some of it wasn’t that good.

I like that there was a pool to entertain the kids. The pool supervisor was friendly and had them challenge themselves as they enjoyed swimming. The food and bar staff were friendly, attentive and polite. They managed the 10 of us really well. The space was limited to the group we had. Booking.com gave us the option to add a bed in the room that ate up free space in the rooms. So, we were very limited with space to move around. This was raised on the first day and Vidit (mgr) worked with us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you! Note: if we came as a couple, the rating wouldn't have been so low on the room.

Everything was A1 about my stay,the staff,cleanliness,Location,Safety,the food was very delicious as well....... The hidden charges for early check in or late check out,they don't inform you prior when you request early check in that there is a charge,you will get to the reception and start arguing with them,of course because you were not informed. I don't know how it works, but most hotels i have stayed in offer. Early check in and check out at no extra cost

The location. The old towels which were stained. The torn bedsheets which were also stained. The really slow service for both in room dining and at the restaurant.

The pool was clean and available to use throughout the duration of our stay. The meals prepared during lunch and dinner were fantastic! Rooms service was great, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The breakfast is a very tired and tasteless menu. It would definitely do with more options to choose from. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some serious refurbishment. During my stay the shower poll fell off the wall onto my child's head as it was so old. Very unsafe. The sand tray in the children play area also needs to be covered at night as animals are using this as their litter tray.

I liked the fresh new paint and decor. I'm very grateful for the longer heavier shower curtain as it minimizes water splashing on the entire floor. I have always enjoyed the hot shower here. The water pressure is great. I don't like asking for another bathing towel as they only put one in the room and my husband and I always travel there together. Once given a room number, upon seeing we are 2, it would be convenient if we were automatically given the other towel. Also, the housekeepers do not check the toilet paper roll balance. When the only one there is almost over, or even if not, then a spare roll should be there. We stayed 3 days. we struggled to have enough. As much as I don't like asking for another towel, asking for a roll of toilet tissue is not pleasant. I shouldn't have to ask for that.
