Beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff. Considering location, it was actually really peaceful. Having tea and coffee facilities in the room was great. We were put into a different room than we booked or was in the picture, but decided we were not bothered to move. The food and drinks menu was limited, so we found ourselves ordering more food deliveries than planned. I didn't eat the breakfast that was included in the price as I didn't like the options. The pool looked more like a pond, so we were disappointed not to be able to have a swim.

Bourgainviller is a world of its own. When you enter it like a labyrinth of a hidden city. All rooms are unik and different you feel relaxed and ‘at home’. It is definitely the best hotel experience in Kampala

This is my favourite hotel in the whole wide world. It is a delightfully chic hotel, an oasis of calm in the busy city. They arranged transfers etc. Wonderful breakfast including delicious coffee. Pleasant restaurant. Beautiful room with lots of space. Very comfortable communal spaces. Nothing.

Beautiful hotel with very nice interior design, the staff was very kind. Poor breakfast, weak internet signal, towels had ugly smell but fortunately I had mine.

The themed atmosphere of France. The breakfast was ok. The lights were on and off in the main hall way. There was no security at the front desk in our building and we realized the next morning our door did not lock from the outside. The first day we had no hot water for showers.
