The bed was super comfortable, the water pressure was good ? The soap was good quality, lathered well. I enjoyed Netflix and YouTube. The food was sumptuous. The two receptionists were very hospitable and didn't inconvenience me until I was able to change my money currency to pay the hotel. Include matoke to your breakfast menu.I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to pay the hotel rate's dollar conversion rate to UGX, unless there's a good explanation for this. I ended up paying UGX 12,000 more. The hotel should market itself more, most cab drivers don't know it.

The exceptional food service from the restaurant, including the friendly staff. There is no warm water for showering.
-
Staff cheerful and respectful .Some really went out of their way to help.Special mention of Anita the receptionist. There is no lift in the building. My bedroom was in the second floor and I had assistance all the time when I needed it.Special thanks to all reception and security staff . Time . If I ordered or asked for anything,it would be done but much later than expected time.My most disappointment was with the restaurant.

Great staff. Lovely receptionist and also waitress in the restaurant. There was a problem with the shower in our first room so we were given a free upgrade to one that worked. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for an early morning bus the next day. You can also pay by card with no extra charge. Recommended for a central location at a fair price. The food took ages to arrive when we ordered a snack and dinner. Over an hour for dinner. It was low season so perhaps few staff members. Not a big issue if you order in advance but good to be aware of! And also when we ordered an early breakfast it wasn't completed in time before we went off, so only took one full breakfast. To be fair it was 5:30am so only a small issue.

We don't usually stay in 2* hotels so really enjoyed this. (We got a discount) Clean and spacious. Restaurant onsite. Made use of the little gym too (mats, some machines, free, weights). Only a 10-15 min from the bus station through Kampala's bustling streets
