The cleanliness The noise from a club across the street

The room was quite large and the bed very comfortable. Internet was strong. Breakfast was advertised until 11:00, but we came down at 9:00am and there was little left. They began packing it all away while we were eating.

Comfortable bed. Good AC. Good size room. Amazing staff. Nancy in reception was awesome. Decent breakfast Shower did not work properly. Water pressure pathetic. Beautiful mirror in bathroom light not working. TV channels pathetic. WIFI kept cutting off. Left at 06:30 in the morning....main entrance door to hotel locked. Had to use underground entrance and come back into car park from the street. Pathetic. Hillside...get your act together. You charge for 3 Star but you give 1 Star.

The side of the bed and the decorations of the room Very Poor breakfast. They charge 3% or so extra when you run your card and any points are rounded off to basically keep increasing the amount.

Nothing Rooms are filthy and and need major renovation. So many mosquitos. The rooms also stank

The hotel staff was helpful and the hotel in a relatively cenrtal location, which makes it easy to reach. The WiFi at the property was not working well. In the first room I stayed in the AC was broken, so I had to be given another room.
