The Hotel staff were amazing from check in to check out. Ruth thank you for the amazing well come. I had problem with my in house phone and it was changed immediately once i reported it. Breakfast was 10/10 thank to the chef. The price of the room was a bit high

The restaurant is ridiculously priced even for munyonyo. Across the street at Speke the prices are about half. It's listed as fine dining but it's really very basic and I was even served moldy cheese.

I had a restful break. This was my second time here and it was everything I hoped for.

The food / breakfast was excellent for me anyway apart from my partner who found it to salty and the fried chicken to be too dry for her test. To Me everything was great.

I definitely enjoyed my stay although my partner didn't dye to the food which was at times too salty and chicken wings too dry for her taste. Price was a little steep.

Everything was lovely - the cleaning crew was just amazing! They were so clean - each time you walked back into the room - you would even be afraid to sit on a chair because it was so fresh and clean!!! The staff were quite helpful and indulgent. The rooms have everything you can think about for your comfort - it was lovely. Looking forward to my next visit - I will create another visit for sure! I dont think I will be leaving my car with the valet to park ever again (won't get into the details of that - I was very disappointed with what happened) - but, the manager and front desk staff handled the 'situation' very professionally - so, i have abit of trust issues when it comes to valet parking.
