The green environment The rooms were smaller than I anticipated but manageable

The grounds are well kept and the housekeeping staff are very good The daily noise is intolerable - my room was close to the conference centre, there were several events daily with zero noise control. The noise went on into the early hours of every night. When the incredibly loud music finally finished the take down event crews began and the noise continued. The food was average at best and the waiters arguably the most poorly trained of the 42 countries I have been to. Outside of the housekeeping ladies and the ladies at the spa centre the entire service and staff were dreadful. I paid thousands of dollars to stay in a "presidential suite" literally one of the worst stays Ive had. On the one evening I was at the Viking Bar the hotel manager asked the patrons to turn down their music because it might disturb the airline crews...... unbelievable

check in was good staff very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were disappointing as rugs on the floor was not cleaned properly with visibly stained noticeable. furnishing seems very old and could do with desperate upgrade. The hotel did not meet my expectation at all. Cleanness in the rooms and the long wait for the Cart to take you for breakfast and dinner as the weather was not great

The location The staff are too noisy in the corridors and their pantry. This is excessive especially for rooms nearby. This should be taken very seriously. They are talking over and over

I like the space, I liked the foods, I liked the Hospitality. I didn't like the fact that there was constant smell coming from the Bath even when the bath room was cleaned very well. I think the hotel must do something with that, and you people must act quickly and swiftly....that is so irritating among all the good things, find the chemicals to stop that. ?

Some items were not ready (bathrobe, toothbrush, slippers) when I arrived. It could be due to the short notice. I booked same day and 3 hours later I checked in.
