It was a good location. No elevator The staff were very unaccommodating. They did not trust the booking or payment. Wasted a lot of my time. Got calls from reception at 11AM at night. Very disappointed. They also made me pay for breakfast.

It has beautiful lush gardens and big room, and excellent restaurants. The rooms adjoining the street are too noisy. I had to go for an (expensive) upgrade to get away from the noise.

I didn’t sleep there personally but I had booked for my friends who really told me that they really loved the place and was beyond their expectations.

On the final morning the hot water disappeared, apparently after a power cut. Everything else was perfect.

I absolutely loved the Asian restaurant, especially the delicious Indian dishes. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and my journey with your transport supervisor, Mr. Michael, was the highlight of my stay — he’s simply exceptional. I did not like your particular staff on the reception while check in She was a bit tough on payment modality

Warm welcoming and very helpful staff. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff tended to issues quickly. Our hot water was not working one morning and they dealt with it efficiently. They were very helpful with exchanging currency Nothing was a bother .. they looked after all of us with a genuine unhurried smile and care I would stay there for a week my next visit Food was outstanding !! Tasty and reasonable in price Nothing comes to mind.. there were 6 of us travelling as a family and everyone was happy

The ambience in the hotel was a pleasant surprise!! Although the hotel is located in the heart of Kampala, one almost forgets the hustle & bustle of the city due to the serene environment of the hotel. The staff are very pleasant & welcoming, and willing to assist at all times! Room was good. Breakfast was good. Had good meals in the restaurant Highly recommended & I will definitely come back! I would recommend a wider breakfast selection, that will accommodate everyone's taste.
