Housekeeping staff always knocked on our door extremely early, disturbing our sleep to clean the room. Considering we would still be tired from the previous night, this was quite inconvenient. Perhaps they could coordinate with the restaurant to know which rooms are scheduled for breakfast and prioritize cleaning rooms without disturbing guests who are asleep

Food was excellent, and the view off the balcony was nice. The room phone kept having problems. The bed was a little hard and the blankets were extremely heavy. The mini fridge didnt work either.

The staff were great. I liked the rooms, clean airy spacious. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. They also provide a fruit bowl each day (apple, orange & banana). The hotel is in a good location and was able to walk to various offices I needed to visit. The food. I ordered room service twice. Both were below my expectations. I ordered chips and sausages; the chips were over cooked (browned) on the outside but not so well cooked on the inside- the oil may have been too hot. Brownies, served with hot chocolate (this is a bit misleading, since the brownies comes with a cold chocolate melt on top...... not hot cup of chocolate.) They did not pick me up at the airport as I had requested. I had to take a taxi.

Nothing I was disappointed. Booked in has very nice images, but the hotel is totally different. Very small swimming pool…I was given a room on 2nd floor facing the street with a lot of noice, then in the evening, the loud music band in the bar below could not allow a comfort sleep. The Internet went off for hours and no one turned up…in the restaurant every order went with an inquiry to see if the meal was available…why on the menu then … i don’t ??? Staff all seemed confused…
