Very clean, service very good, helpfull, friendly, food was great We ordered an airport shuttle from the hotel, but driver or car wasn't available. They booked a taxi, and honestly speaking it was the worst taxi I ever had.

Exceptional service from the staff and manager. Breakfast was tasty and we liked that the staff always made asked us about our food orders ahead of time. Good variety of food options and great views of the Lake Victoria. Good location.

The room was perfect and the view was lovely. Breakfast was amazing. They even have a cappucino machine. Dinner was nice, too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's ideal if you have events in Munyonyo.

the access to private driver for my need and the food variety . the balcon as well and the view itself. during the night , we can here the noise coming from a firm of porc ? nearby . it’s not so convenient .

The view of Kampala was amazing !!! Thanks to the staff for their assistance. The rude poolboy who was inviting his friends to have a party at the pool and irritating the other guests. He had a bad attitude. Hopefully he will be kicked out.
