I booked online via booking.com and received a confirmation email. When I arrived they said that they had made an error and the price I had booked for was too low. They insisted I must pay a much higher rate if I wanted a room even though it was their mistake. I ended up having to pay for transport across the city to find a different accommodation. The staff there were good to work with but the manager I talked with on the phone would not honor the price I had reserved even though it was their mistake. It looked like a nice place to stay but it is unfortunate that they would punish me for their mistake.
