good location with all services available . good transportation . safe . good staff . comfortable room

Location of the property was ok . Friendly stuff and property manager , but I can’t say the same about their boss (female) , ignores you and don’t even greet her guest (negative energy). *No electronic payment option, you have to look for cash all the time . *Give you very bad rate exchange . *They accept only US dollars , not Euro’s , although euro’s much stronger then us-dollars , very strange. *Multiple times at day and night ,Electricity cuts off , generator is available, but generally used at nighttime , because of “cost saving” as they say , you can’t have “ cost savings” at the expense of the guest comfort. *No mosquito -net in the room, No airconditioning, bad water pressure + sometimes no hotwater. *Breakfast is always the same meal, no veriety.

I arranged an airport pickup but it was over an hour late. The shower had seen better days.

- Leaving Kampala. - Leaving the best staff member everyone is awesome and friendly.

I loved taking care of cleanliness and renewal every morning and Julia, the receptionist, supervisor and cleanliness staff. I didn't like the worker's treatment of the kitchen. Shadia was not happy to receive the orders and come late. The place is not quiet. I recommend the removal of the football field from the side of the hotel. It is very annoying. I advise you to review all the bathroom tools that need maintenance.

Exceptional

The friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Nothing I asked was ever too much. They have a few Ethiopian staff and offer Ethiopian specialties in their restaurant. I visited Ethiopia in 2012, so it was really nice to find authentic Ethiopian food again
