No hot water and some bathroom didn’t have a tap, faucet No warm water, the toilet seat was broken and some bathroom things were broken

Clean and comfortable. Staff is very good and welcoming. Felt like home. Josephine was exceptionally good. She went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Mr. Isaac, the driver was short of amazing, he was explaining and educating me on major Landmarks of Uganda as we drove from Airport to hotel. I could not ask for any better. My stay was amazing. Showers and Toilets on same floor and no shower heads but long tap. I did not know that I had to ask for hot water to be turned on. I had cold showers few nights. But weather is hot, it cooled me off.

Good AC and towels. Pleasant staff. No hot water. WIFI stopped at 9pm, breakfast was limited, no milk for coffee, and peeling paint on the walls.

Really pleasent hotel with great sunny/shade terrace, very nice breakfast, many options for lunch/dinner. Also backed with generator, so electricity all time-internet, hot water. Close to bar/club, city center, yet so quiet for good decent sleep. Rooms are great for sleep, have everything. Staff are the best. No need to change bed linen or towels daily, spare the environment (and human resources) and do it every second-third day. Also, you have wonderful terrace, put all the flowering plants that exist in Uganda.

The staff are very friendly, respectful and has great customer service. What I love most is them smiling when serving ? customers. Thanks to all the staff. I can't remember some of your names, Vivian is the name i can remember but all of you are exceptional. For the manager, please put back the umbrella which is at the rooftops for people to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Thank you. The property was very difficult to locate. The GPS showed arrived and yet it wasn't the hotel. Lots of phone calls for the directions that shouldn't have happened. When we arrived at the gate, we knocked no body opened the door, my husband has to get out of the car to open the gate himself which he shouldn't as there's a security person at the door who we realised after opening the gate.

Excellent location for Makerere University. Friendly staff. Initially, nothing worked as advertised: no WiFi, no towels. WiFi is good, but it comes through a data package and when the data runs out you have to ask for more... Food has to come from the main hotel and that may take a while. Breakfast is greasy and monotonous. Church and bar nearby create occasional noise.
