The Staffs were great and helpful. The breakfast was okay. -The front porch and backyard was pretty bad -Their facilities were bad, the water flow in the shower was not good, the towels were worn out, the electricity key was getting turn off automatically -The rooms were kinda old -The price compared to the facilities were simply bad in my opinion.

The staff was really helpful. I had to change rooms both nights I stayed and the staff were able to get another room within a few minutes. It is a 10 minute walk from the East Africa Craft market. A great place to buy souvenirs. The rooms were a bit old. The main issue with the first room for each day I stayed was the power didn't work properly with the room card. The restaurant had good choices but quite expensive in comparison to other options in the area.

They allocate a different room than the one on the booking.com and have explain to be given the correct room. The exchange rate used was exceedingly high. Was charged in UGX after converting using their rate. I wanted to be charged n USD.

They went the extra mile. Picked us up at the airport and even though we had to leave at 5:45 they made us breakfast. Everyone was so lovely.

This hotel is very dated which wouldn’t be a horrible thing. Except the staff kicked us out at 10am without letting us know when checkout was(we had called to ask) threatened to charge us an extra $20 USD if we were a minute late. Tried to stick us with a 700,000 UGX bill for my dog which was approved (she scratched a staff member) - a totally falsified medical bill then almost a week later called to say the USD currency we gave as payment wouldn’t be accepted at their bank. But they don’t let you pay by card. And charge a huge exchange rate on the total is you pay local currency. The manager is now harassing me telling me to come back to Uganda t pick the USD bills and pay again by bank transfer. Horrible staff. Awful food.

Food No value of money. The place didn't provide the advertised facilities where I had to get out of the room to access WIFI and also the TV had scrambled . I had paid for the value because of the sin of clicking the acceptance of conditions of service which was not meted upon located the room

Breakfast was good ! On two occasions I have failed to pay with my card and this inconvenienced me.
