I liked the friendly atmosphere, the comfort of the place, and how everything was well organized.

Staff was friendly especially Fatima who work as receptionist

I enjoyed engaging with the staff who were very friendly, I felt safe throughout my stay, and the WiFi was strong. While some might be concerned about the location, I like seeing the downtown Kampala that visitors never get to see. There was no food at the venue. No breakfast and no food to buy either. I didn't like showering with a bucket. And the visible cobwebs on the roof did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the place.

There was no place to spread out clothes, and you had to spread your clothes on the fences, which were made of dirt. If you spread wet clothes on the dirt, they would become muddy. Most of the time you couldn't find a manager if you had a question or request. This price is high for a place like this. There was no one to explain where the restaurant was, what time the food was served, and other facilities. For the entire three days, I didn't understand where the restaurant was, where and what time I could eat. And in the end, I boiled water in a metal mug, poured some noodles in, and ate it all.

Never had any breakfast, TV isn't working, no customer care, reception was empty until the askali went in to call them from sleep ? Alot of things

I made a last minute room change and they accommodated me really well. Onsite security, easy access...clean bed, clean toilet great location... Sometimes the water pressure can be hit and miss depending on which room you get (hehe).

Always straightforward, no nonsense. Great location to town and secure! Staff and the facility are flexible!

The staff especially the ‘receptionist’ were friendly and welcoming The room and bathroom were too small no turning space

Perfect service Environment ambiance and the rooms

I only like quiet Not good service No hot bath
-
There was no breakfast provided. They only offered one type of food booked from the restaurant. The soroundiing location was not beautiful. Food ordered from the restaurant took long to be delivered. Bathing shower was not functioning. Taps ran out of water and had to use water from a jetican. No hot shower, had to boil water from a kettle and use bucket for bathing. The hotel owner and friends onds were playing cards in the restaurant and that was a bad image for business. The friends made a lot of noise while playing cards by shouting and screaming making the environment not conducive for customers.
