Thin walls. Soundproofing would do nicely. Tiny beds

Had a great 3 night stay and all my expectations were met. Albert Besiga from front office team went over and above to make sure I was comfortable as I waited at the hotel after my flight was delayed. The team even got me complementary dinner voucher on one of the nights.

Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Nice office chair in the room - that was super comfortable.

Great hotel in the middle of the city, as good as any hotels I've stayed at in Europe! All good.

The hotel has a couple of positives worth mentioning: the shower has good water pressure, and the mattress was comfortable enough for a decent rest. Plus, it’s conveniently within walking distance to a mall, which makes getting around easy. Unfortunately, the negatives are more noticeable. The place feels really aged. Different types of wallpaper are peeling off the walls, and there are moist spots that suggest long-term neglect. Bathroom floor tiles are loose, and since there’s no shower curtain or door, the entire bathroom floods after a shower. Dust was everywhere in the room, making it clear the cleaning hasn’t been thorough for a long time. The air conditioning filter was filthy, emitting a bad smell whenever turned on. The carpet was so dirty that after just 30 minutes walking around in white socks, they were completely black. It was unhygienic and unpleasant. Noise is another big problem. There’s no soundproofing at all, conversations from the corridor are clearly heard inside the room, and neighbors’ voices even come through in the bathroom. Doors slam loudly and don’t close quietly. The TV is unreliable: Channel One was stuck on loading, other channels either had no sound or no picture. The constant “I am sorry” from staff felt empty considering these ongoing issues. Adding to the frustration, the reception tried to charge me again for the accommodation at checkout, even though payment had already been collected on arrival. Security checks were inconsistent, ignored for the first two days, then suddenly strict on the last. What really stood out was the Wi-Fi policy: free Wi-Fi is only available if you sign up as a Hilton Honors member. In 2025, this feels outdated and inconvenient. Forcing guests to join a loyalty program just to get basic Wi-Fi access is not guest-friendly. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. It feels like they’re relying solely on the brand name plastered on the building, assuming people will pay regardless of quality. Honestly, smaller private hotels often maintain better standards than this chain. This place is poorly managed and in clear need of serious updates and better oversight.

The food, staff and cleanliness of the restaurant None I could think of.

The Staff were so friendly, any issue if we call reception, they send immediately and fix it. The Indian food they serve were really good. Wifi speed was also good. AC was good too. Only thing I felt bit difficult was the bathroom, bit small, so they had to place the bath gel & shampoo dispensers in an inconvenient place near the exit & far from shower - this could lead to chances for slipping due to spillage of soap & shampoo on the exit step, may be this can be planned to fix it close to shower,

Staff well trained and kind. Breakfast was good and diner also. Lack of equipment in the gym. There is decent space in the gym, so some additional machines could be added to maximise as rowers and so, or some other weights.

The rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly
-
We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
-
The room was very ergonomic with adequate space for rest and work Shower and shower door arrangement could have been better as water ends up splashing on the floor. Food menu could be broader, it seems restricted in the options.
-
We loved everything! Staff are so helpful and kind! Breakfast was such a good spread! Pool was nice and clean. Clean rooms and very comfortable! Excited to return again

Good location and wonderful staff very nice hotel
-
It was not as comfortable as most Hilton Garden Inn hotels, but was still good.

The food from their kitchen is very good. The space in the room I was given was so small that I could barely move freely. The window, which offered a view outdoors, was very dirty and in need of cleaning. I paid $120 for a night, and the value I received in return was disappointing. The gym had nothing usable, and the staff were not particularly friendly; they seemed indifferent. I had an incident where I almost fainted from exhaustion while entering the hotel lobby, and the hotel staff just stood there, watching, without offering any assistance.
